5-Step Process
How The COE Process Works
01
School submits to Immigration Bureau
The receiving school applies on your behalf. We liaise with the school to ensure accuracy.
02
Document review (1–3 months)
Japan's Immigration Bureau reviews finances, background, and study plan.
03
COE issued → sent to Nepal
Original document and digital copy forwarded to the student.
04
Apply for visa at embassy
Present the COE at the Japanese Embassy in Nepal for the actual visa stamp.
05
Visa received (5–7 business days)
Visa typically affixed to passport within one week.
